This custom postpartum blend is made of the essences of, yarrow, camellia, quince, chamomile & buttercup. Flower essences are super diluted potions made from the energetic essence of flower blossoms soaked in natural spring water that is infused with sun/moonlight, in an apple cider vinegar base. The instructions are as follows:

Boil 32 ounces of water, and steep the entire bag for at least 20 minutes or overnight. Fill 1/2 peri bottle with tea & the other 1/2 with water or add tea directly to bath water. Compost the entire bag & its contents when done.
